Gellatly Nut Farm & Laurel Packing house Wedding
One of the biggest worries for any outdoor event, especially a wedding, is rain. At a recent vintage wedding in Kelowna, that worry became a reality as heavy rain poured down all day long. Despite the weather, the bride and groom were determined to make the most of their special day.
Seeking shelter under a massive willow tree at the Gallantly Nut Farm in West Kelowna, we were able to capture stunning photos that look like it was a rain-free day. The vintage vibe of the wedding, combined with the romantic atmosphere created by the rain, added a unique and beautiful touch to the photos.
Moving to the reception at the Laurel Packing House, the vintage decor fit perfectly with the venue's aesthetic. The rain continued to pour, but the cozy atmosphere inside kept everyone dry and happy. Sticking close to the venue allowed us to capture intimate moments and beautiful memories despite the weather.
While rain may not be what most brides dream of on their wedding day, this vintage Kelowna wedding proves that a rainy day can still be filled with love, beauty, and unforgettable moments. The challenges of a rainy day only added to the romantic and vintage feel of the event, creating a truly unique and memorable experience for everyone involved.
